Not every
day do you wake up, build an institution and begin changing the world!
The NGO Braille
Without Borders is starting a new centre: The International Institute for Social
Entrepreneurs (IISE). The IISE has exciting opportunities for
those who are willing to work in a participative environment with
service as their motto.
Retired or professionally qualified candidates with
experience in management and leadership may apply for the post of
Academic Director. He/She wants to empower people to become social
entrepreneurs. Since the majority of the participants are visually
impaired, he/she should have no prejudice against their entrepreneurial
abilities.
The IISE is situated in the sylvan surroundings of the
Vellayani lake, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, South of India. Benefits
offered by the IISE: Freedom to create and lead a unique institute, a
beautiful lake side apartment for the Director and a salary
commensurate with experience and qualifications. Most important however
is that the cause comes first and remuneration second.
